Sushi Well is a labor of love between the founders – Ian and Jenny – who observed in the community of sushi lovers the need to enjoy the fresh taste of the fish as well as a touch of vitamin-packed Pink Rice instead of plain white rice. Ian and Jenny decided to craft their own brand of base coloring – purely extracted from organic fruits and vegetables. Their main focus continues to be devoted to serve their remarkable brand of sushi to be experienced and shared by the community of New Westminster.
The restaurant is spacious, so there is rarely any difficulty in getting a seat when you want to dine in. They also take reservations for your next celebration or dinner with friends.
