The New Westminster Public Health Unit is part of the Fraser Health network of clinics. They provide a large number of health and wellness services such as flu vaccinations, child immunizations and other adult vaccines, injury prevention classes, and dental care. For new or expectant parents they have prenatal classes and breastfeeding support, and if you have children that are a little bit older, you can take advantage of their disease prevention instruction for children and youth or their student-focused health education.
