Pecha Kucha New West will be hosting a special edition to celebrate Volume 20 – all presentations will be done by duos! 10 presentations x 2 speakers = 20. Get it? Join us for our annual FREE Summer outdoor event at the Queen’s Park bandshell.
And to make it even more special, PopLuckNW will be hosting their event that evening too. We’ll have Steel and Oak beer and the Old Country Pierogi food truck onsite as well.
Started in Tokyo in 2003 by Klein Dytham Architecture firm, PechaKucha Night began as a fun and unique night of local culture and entertainment. Ten presenters from a range of fields share their interesting projects, inspirations and passions. Presenters get 20 images x 20 seconds each, making for a 6 minute and 40 second shot of ideas and inspiration.
